<lj:music>Creedence Clearwater Revival - Someday Never Comes</lj:music>

So apparently the reason my phone stopped working was because the 3 mobile provider in Canberra which I originally bought it from decided to register it as lost/stolen without my permission (against the rules). A new sim card has been sent to me, and I get to keep the same number (AFAIK) and account, thankfully.

It should arrive here on the 12th; the same day I start a Certificate II in IT at TAFE. I'll attend TAFE for a week, then spend the week of the 18th in Canberra for ANU's O-week with my friends. I don't go there anymore, but I'm not going to pass up a week of fun drinking with my friends.

Longer term plans are: save $20,000 this year; move from my Learner to my Provisional licence this year (or Jan next year); finish a Certificate II and IV in IT support/helpdesk at TAFE this year; get into university in Brisbane or Wollongong to do chemistry, education and/or computer science; possibly go overseas in November this year to Iceland or East Timor.

Also, I have a CityRail concession card, because I go to TAFE. Yay for cheap bus/train/ferry rides.
